A federal judge in Washington State recently entered a nationwide injunction in the case of Washington v. Trump. The injunction bars the USPS from any further removal of sorting machines, and from continuing to implement any policy changes that have slowed mail delivery. The order also directs the USPS to replace, reassemble, or reinstall any equipment needed to deliver election mail. To read the injunction, click here.
