Meet Oscar Rivas

Oscar Rivas has been a legal assistant for the Arlo Law Office since June 2023. Oscar attended Cornell University for two years before transferring to Northwestern University, where he is currently majoring in Political Science. He is expected to obtain his bachelor’s degree in June 2024.

Throughout the first half of 2023, Oscar interned for U.S. Senator Dick Durbin. Additionally, Oscar has devoted himself to his community by working for multiple community outreach organizations in the past, some of which include My Block My Hood My City and Central States SER.

Future aspirations include attending law school and eventually becoming an attorney, with the added goal of working with underdeveloped communities in Chicago.
