The Civilian Office of Police Accountability (COPA) has received 404 complaints of misconduct by police officers during the protests of George Floyd’s death. The complaints included allegations of excessive force, verbal abuse, improper searches and seizures, and unlawful denial of the right to counsel, as well other violations. Read more here.
