Arlo Walsman recently won second place in the Illinois State Bar Association’s annual Lincoln Award Legal Writing Contest. Arlo’s article, “The Incomplete Impeachment Conundrum,” discusses the law regarding impeaching witnesses at trial with their prior statements. Hopefully the article will be published in the Illinois Bar Journal soon.
