Today, the Chicago Police Department released footage showing that an officer struck a 34-year old woman with his squad car after she touched its spotlight. The squad car then pinned the woman’s leg underneath its front tire. The woman’s leg then remained pinned for approximately eight minutes until paramedics arrived.
